Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to CORedge, 2280 St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for the following software packages: 200 ea. COR:DM Client License, 1 ea. CORDM Server License and 1 ea. COR-Kflow 3 database pack. All of the above includes annual maintenance and support. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that this is proprietary software and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy this requirement. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
