1) 2815-01-430-2383, Cylinder Head Assembly as used on Caterpillar Diesel Engine Model 3406TA/120-6692, Quantity 11 each. Caterpillar Tractor Co. part number 110-5099. FOB Destination delivery to USCG ELC, Baltimore MD 21226-5000 NOTE: No drawings or specifications are available from this agency. Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable only the Caterpillar Tractor Co. part number as indicated above will be considered. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. The SIC code for this solicitation is 3519 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation.
