Description

The Financial Management Systems Service Center (FMSSC) of GSA's Federal Technology Service serves as a liaison between client Federal agencies and industry partners to provide solutions for financial and administrative management requirements. The FMSSC is issuing this Sources Sought to identify and obtain information from vendors desiring to become "interested sources" or industry partners for three components of the solutions process: (1) project management, (2) business case analysis, or (3) systems integration. Other requests have been/will be published to collect information from parties interested in other components of the process. We are principally soliciting input from vendors who have previous experience with financial and administrative management systems projects in the Federal sector. Examples of corporate engagements directly related to the implementation of Federal Government accounting, budgeting, human resource, payroll, procurement, and/or travel systems are particularly requested. Interested vendors should send the following information to the FMSSC, Consulting Group, Room G-242, 1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20405 or via email to linda.wilkinson@gsa.gov: 1. Solution component for which you wish to become an interested source (1, 2, 3 or any combination thereof) 2. Corporate capabilities statement 3. GSA Schedule or other Government-wide contracting vehicle identification and contract number 4. Project descriptions (a one page or less description of corporate projects related to any of the functions described above, preferably for a federal agency, including the size and scope of the effort and the client.) Up to three projects per component may be submitted. This sources sought notice is an open solicitation to gather information only. FMSSC has no solicitations pending for this type of work, nor is there a timeframe for any forthcoming contracts. Vendors who meet the criteria above will be included in FMSSC's interested source files, and may be contacted regarding future working relationships with FMSSC and client agencies.
