Description

1. The Regional Contracting Office, Seckenheim, Germany, intends to competitively award a single award IDIQ contract for command and control (C2) services in support of HQ, USAREUR, ODCSOPS, in Heidelberg, Germany. 2. Contract performance is expected to commence around 01 September 2001. We intend to issue the contract for a basic performance period and three each one year option periods. 3. Services need to be provided full time on site at the requiring activity's site. Top secret clearances are required for contractor personnel. Technical expert status is anticipated for contract personnel under the resulting contract. 4. Contractor needs to have experience in contingency operations/deployments and C2 systems (GCCS, AGCCS, and BC2A). 5. Interested sources need to notify RCO Seckenheim by 30 November 2000.
