Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to negotiate a sole source, commercial purchase order with Image TV, Washington, DC. Image TV will write, videotape, edit, direct, produce and distribute -- through normal network news services and independent satellite feeds -- five stories generated from the story topics identified by AFMRO. Image TV will produce video segments supporting a publicity campaign called "Good Enough for Government Work." Image TV is funded by Kellogg, a nonprofit organization, which protects their editorial independence. The period of performance is from 20 November 2000 through 30 April 2001. Capability statements may be submitted, by email, not later than 20 November 2000 to be considered.
