Description

The United States Department of Agriculture/Office of Procurement, Property and Emergency Preparedness, Procurement Operations Division, ADP Team, is contemplating issuing a contract to Computer Associates on a sole source basis for the maintenance and upgrades of a suite of CA products used by the National Information Technology Center (NITC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the Foundation Financial Information System (FFIS). The period of performance is a base year and eight one year options. The products used by NITC, FAA and FFIS are currently maintained and upgraded under USDA contract 53-3142-8-1001 and GSA schedule GS-35F-5169H. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Please submit your response to the Contracting Officer no later December 27. A determination by the Government will be made if a competitive procurement is warranted.
