- Description
- The Network Business Center, Veterans Affairs intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis to the following: Becton Dickonson Biosciences, 7 Loveton Circle, Sparks, MD 21152. This is a requirements contract on a sole source basis to provide blood analyzer systems and consumable supplies. The basic period of the contract will be from 1 January 2000 through 30 September 2001. The contract will include four (4) one-year option periods through 30 September 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See numbered Note 22.
