Description

The Television-Audio Support Activity requests quotes to procure: the engineering, furnishing, installation, testing and training for a professional theatre lighting system. This requirement also includes the removal of the existing theatrical lighting system. The replacement system shall include lighting console, stage and house lighting dimmer racks, dimmer modules, control modules, lighting instruments, including, but not limited to: cyclorama lights, ellipsoidal, parcs, spots, and all house lighting and electrical cabling, connector, and receptacle boxes. Removal and installation of the lighting system (performance) is scheduled for March 6, 2001 through April 16, 2001. Place of performance is United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle, PA. A pre-quotation on-site survey of the installation site is scheduled for November 15, 2000, 2:00 PM, EST. Offerors interested in attending the site survey MUST confirm attendance by contacting Ms. Susan Donbroski, Contract Specialist, at (916) 643-0290, or e-mail: donbroski@tasa-exchange.army.mil, no later than 3:30 PM PDT, November 9, 2000. Interested parties must include company or firm name and name of attendee(s). Offerors interested in this acquisition may view and download a copy of the Request for Quotations, Standard Form 1449, and a complete Statement of Work for the Lighting System at the Television-Audio Support Activity (T-ASA) web site: ftp://www.tasa.army.mil/pub/01Q0001 the document is a Microsoft Word document. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror's quotes shall include all specification data as requested in the Statement of Work to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offeror to meet the requirements. Quotes must be submitted in writing, facsimile responses are not acceptable. Quotes may be mailed or delivered by courier service to Television Audio Support Activity, Directorate of Contracting, Attn: T-ASA/SCO (Susan Donbroski), 3230 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan, CA 95652-1068. All responses must make reference to quotation number MDA112-01-Q-0001. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 335122, size standard 500 employees. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, you must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
