Description

DSCR intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of long-term contract(s) for 41 NSNs in the Federal Stock class 5365. These 41 NSNs are Bushings. The Government contemplates contract duration of 5 years (base period plus four, one year options). Numbered Notes 8 and 9 apply to this procurement. This procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Automated Best Value will be included in the solicitation; the final contract award decision(s) may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. All material shall be shipped FOB Destination; first delivery order shall be inspected at origin. Paperless Ordering Placement System will apply to the contract(s). Multiple contract awards are possible. Requested delivery schedule depends upon the NSN but range from 46 to 200 days. DLA stock locations as well as Direct Vendor Delivery locations shall be supported by the resulting contracts.
