Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Comprehensive Sanctions Center Services for male and female offenders in the greater metropolitan Indianapolis, Indiana area. (Marion, County) Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, Community Sanctions Center, dated 2000. A firm-fixed unit price requirements contract is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days are 25,550 for the two year base-period (91% male and 9% female), 13,505 (89% male and 11% female) for the first option year, 14,235 (87% male and 13% female) for the second option year and 14,965 (85% male and 15% female) for the third option year. The estimated RFP issue date is 12/1/2000 and the estimated closing date is 01/31/2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
