Description

Radiology services for the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, Whiteriver, AZ. Contractor to provide radiology services for 1 to 2 clinic days per week, 6 hours per a clinic, at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, Whiteriver, AZ. Contractor shall be responsible for reading all x-rays, sonograms, vascular ultrasound studies, selected echocardiograms, flourscope studies, and CT studies performed at the Whiteriver hopsital. Contract shall be from date of award for one (1) base year with two (2) option years. Closing date for receipt of proposals is December 11, 2000, 4:30 p.m.,local time.
