Description

The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified mailing houses to perform all mailing and related services for distribution of various Trust publications for the Presidio of San Francisco. The Presidio is a National Park and National Historic Landmark. Scope of work may include but not be limited to: distribution of a monthly newsletter (from 8,000 to 15,000 per month, quantity subject to change); and various other postcards, letters and booklets. The Trust anticipates awarding an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a base term plus multiple option years. Minimum qualifications include: location in San Francisco or the Peninsula; ability to meet quick turnaround times (maximum two business days). Service Contract Act (U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage rates) applies. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), which may include but are not limited to: (a) Guaranteed turnaround times; (b) Proposed prices including bulk rates; and (c) Project history and past performance including references. DATES ARE TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This procurement is set aside for competition among Small Business Concerns qualified under the criteria and size standards in 13 CFR 121 for SIC Code 7389 ($5 million). The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
