Description

Contractor shall read and interpret x-ray films taken on an outpatient basis for patients referred by the DVA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Ukiah, 238B Hospital Drive, Ukiah, CA 95482. The contractor shall provide professional (physician) guidance for all necessary diagnostic radiology services. The contractor shall provide reading, interphetation, and submission of reports on x-ray film as required by the DVA. The period of the contract will be February 1, 2001 (or date of award) through January 31, 2002.
