Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Eastman Kodak Company, PO Box 100813, Atlanta, GA 30384 for maintenance support for all components of one Kodak 7500 Image Scanner, two Kodak Model 550 D Image Scanners and three Kodak Model 5500D Image Scanners. Support all parts and labor required to assure all components. Kodak developed the system as a proprietary system and this is an emergency requirement. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed responses to this synopsis is soley within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
