Description

Provide Professional Architect/Engineering services to provide record drawings for the Phoenix VA Medical Center, for Project Number: 644-01-001 "CAD Record Drawings/Valve Schedules". Work shall include Buildings 1, 2, 10, 15 and 16, specifically to involve: (1) Providing accurate CAD drawings of the architectural building layout and existing mechanical and electrical systems based on existing as-built drawings and field verification: (2) Providing a consolidated valve schedule for each mechanical piping system. Valve schedule to include at a minimum: Valve location; existing valve tag number, if any; new valve tag number; area or equipment served by valve, including room numbers; and size of valve: (3) Piping systems not to be included within the scope of the work are domestic water and hot water heating system: (4) Record drawings are to include valve numbers identified in the schedule: (5) Record drawings and valve schedules shall supply sufficient information for locating valves and determining what areas, (rooms) are effected by closure of valves: (6) Current major construction activities shall be incorporated into the record drawings. All documents shall be prepared in AUTOCAD Version 14 and Microsoft Word 97. Estimated duration of the project is 330 calendar days. Price Range between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This is not a request for proposal. Submit two copies each of your most current 254's and 255's to the Contracting Officer's attention, no later than November 22, 2000. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $4 million (average annual revenue for past three years). NAICS is 541330 Engineering Services.
