Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 6TSA-01-JMT-0014 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This procurement is for the following: CLIN 1: Microsoft Applications Training for unlimited students for 75 days onsite at Lemoore, CA. This is to include students manuals; CLIN 2: Technical Training MCSE Track for (10) students Windows 2000 on site at BPG Fresno, to include: MS #2151, Network Essentials; #2152, Windows 2000 Professional and Server; MS #2153, Implementing Network Infrastructure; MS #2154, Implementing Directory Services; MS #1561, Designing Directory Services Infrastructure; MS #1562, Designing Networking Infrastructure; MS #2150, Designing a Secure Network. All students will receive authorized training manuals from Microsoft and completion certification certificates. The training is for the Department of the Navy, Naval Hospital Lemoore, Lemoore, CA. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF 4-10 STUDENTS ARE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR TRAINING, THE STUDENTS WILL BE TRAINED IN A VENDOR LOCATION NOT MORE THAN 40 MILES FROM THE BASE AT LEMOORE, CA. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
