Description

This is not a solicitation for an actual contract but only a vehicle to locate Architect and Engineer Contractors that might be available for a contract. The types of work required would be the design of building maintenance and repair projects, as well as limited road, site, and utility design projects at the Fort Sill, OK Army post. Fort Sill has 93,829 Acres of land and 2,077 buildings totaling 13,547,115 Square Feet of floor space. During a typical recent year construction under way at the base totaled $32,401,267. The disciplines targeted by this request are Architecture, Site Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering. The firms providing information should have at least one of the listed disciplines in-house, but either in-house or subcontract forces may be used to satisfy the requirements for the other disciplines. To express your interest in obtaining an Architect-Engineer Contract, please forward an appropriately completed Form SF 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, to the point of contact on or before the due date indicated by this notice. You may submit the SF 254, in either paper or Adobe Acrobat electronic format, our preference being the Adobe Acrobat format. There is no size limit for the business being sought. Should an actual Architect-Engineer Contract be anticipated during that one year period, the Directorate will provide e-mail notification to firms that submitting an SF 254. However, firms are still encouraged to monitor the Ft. Sill Directorate of Contracting Web Site at http://sill-www.army.mil/DOC/ for such opportunities and to respond appropriately to the notices posted.
