Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for the development and presentation of non-technical training courses for ATF supervisors and managers; the administration of 360 degree surveys for ATF supervisors and managers; and for one-on-one coaching for ATF executives. In addition, ATF wishes to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the contractor. Which includes, but not limited to, ATF personnel sharing their technical subject matter expertise and experiences with the contractor in areas of mutual interest, such as criminology, forensic science and tax administration. ATF would hope in return to benefit from contractor research in fields relevant to ATF. Training will be required throughout the contiguous United States, with the majority being required in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
