Description

The Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Estill, SC is soliciting written quotations for Spanish Educational Services to provide instructions to inmates with learning levels of 0.0 to 12.0 and for establishing a base for continued progress in Spanish Adult Basic Education. Skills taught will be in the areas of Writing, Reading, Social Studies, Science, Literature and Mathematics. The contract period will include a base and four option year periods; base period: Date of Award through 09/30/01; option year 1: 10/01/01 through 09/30/02; option year 2: 10/01/02 through 09/30/03; option year 3: 10/01/03 through 09/30/04; option year 4: 10/01/04 through 09/30/05. The estimated number of sessions is three two-hour sessions per week, normally scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The government intends to award a fixed price contract.
