Description

Provide refuse collection and disposal services for the USPHS-Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM. Contractor shall establish collection and transfer points utilizing contractor-owned containers which are leak-proof, rodent-proof, and insect-proof. The collection and transfer points will be sized and placed to accommodate the specified quantities of solid waste for the facilities. Contract to be effective January 01, 2001 through December 31, 2001, with one (1) one-year options to extend contract. Contractor to utilize state-permit landfills.
