- Description
- There will be a meeting on 11/14/2000 for the Dust Suppressants Technical Panel under EPA's Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) program for Air Pollution Control Technology. This panel is composed of representatives from the manufacturers, vendors, regulators, testing and user communities for dust suppressants. This is the first meeting of the technical panel. Its purpose will be to review and comment on a draft verification test protocol. The technical panel has been selected; however, this meeting is open to all who wish to attend. The meeting will be in the Bay 4 Conference Room, Building 11 of the Research Triangle Institute in Research Triangle Park, NC, from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM. Further information on the ETV program and travel information to RTP can be found on the Air Pollution Control Technology web site at http://etv.rti.org/apct/index.html. The goal of ETV is to verify the performance characteristics of commercially ready environmental technologies so that potential purchasers and permitters are provided with an independent and credible assessment of the technology they are buying or permitting. RTI and EPA are partners in the ETV pilot program.
