Description

It is the intent of Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex to issue, on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman, a procurement to provide technical services to shop test,align, install and test shipboard 8 each turbine generator electronic governors, Type 2301A, and to provide services of one electrical engineer and two mechanical technicians to assist with installation of one SSTG and two CPTG Turning Gear Soft Start Mod kits onboard Navy vessel undergoing repairs at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The period of performance is tentatively scheduled to begin 2 January 2001. A Time and Material Type Contract is anticipated. The closing date for receipt of offers is 13 December 2000, 1:00 P.M. local time.
