- The pending purchase is for cmm level 4, common tool set. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Defense Systems, Pittsfield, Ma. General Dynamics is the sole manufacturer of the FBM Fire Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge and in -place capability to perform the required effort. Note 22.
