G: Social Services -- Potential Sources Sought District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency 400 Sixth Street, Suite 5005 Washington D.C. 20024 SOURCES SOUGHT FOR ADMINISTRATION OF ADOPTION HOME STUDY SERVICES -- CFSA01-R-0006EK. It is the intent of the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) to identify and secure the services of a qualified organization to administer home studies to those families or singles who want to adopt sibling groups of three or more or special needs children from District ward(s). Organization must (1) be licensed to do business in the District of Columbia; (2) have a minimum common work experience base of not less than two years; (3) provide home studies which meet the legal standards set forth by CFSA. Contract will be awarded for one year, be a firm fixed price with compensation based on acceptable completion home study per family at current market rates. Parties interested in responding to this Sources Sought announcement should provide CFSA with a letter of introduction and three references for relevant past performance information.
