G: Social Services -- Potential Sources Sought District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency 400 Sixth Street, Suite 5005 Washington D.C. 20024 SOURCES SOUGHT FOR CREATION OF ADOPTION RESOURCE CENTER SERVICES -- CSFA01-R-0007CK. It is the intent of the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) to identify and secure the services of a qualified organization that can provide the resources necessary to create a Resource Center facility which will be designed to assist and support the needs of adoptive children and prospective parents. The Center would encompass such services as, but not be limited to, counseling, tutoring programs, crisis management and referral, and support groups. The organization would be required to work in concert with CFSA's overall goals and objectives. The organization would be required to; (1) be licensed to do business in the District of Columbia; (2) have a minimum common work experience base of not less than two years; (3) have a current District Certificate of Good Standing; (4) submit to an annual work in progress audit and provide a copy of its most recent financial statement. The award would be a firm fixed price contract with an initial performance period through fiscal year 2000-2001 with funding potential being appropriated annually thereafter for an undetermined period of years.
