Description

Synopsis #01-002, RFP SP4400-01-R-0001. Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous items from DRMOs Colorado Springs, Minot, Ellsworth, Great Falls, Grand Forks and surrounding locations. SP4400-01-R-0001 will be issued on or about December 15, 2000. Aproximate closing date is January 19, 2001. This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have an 18-month base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. This procurement is under full and open competition. The final contract award decision will be based on past performance and other factors described in the solicitation.
