Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to purchase the following list of chemicals. CDC believes that its requirements are met by only one provider, Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, however all responsive sources that can meet the requirements listed herein may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Description of the requirements are: (1) Methylphosphonic Acid, Monoethyl Ester (Ethyl-D5), 98%) 10 mg -- one each; (2) Methylphosphonic Acid, Monocyclohexylester (unlabeled) 50 mg -- one each; (3) Methylphosphonic Acid, Monocyclohexylester (cyclohexyl-13C6, 99%) 10 mg -- one each; (4) Methylphosphonic Acid, Mono (1,2-Dimethylpropyl) Ester, (Dimethlpropyl 13C3, 99%) 10 mg -- one each; (5) Methylphosphonic Acid, Mono (1, 2-Dimethylpropyl) Ester, (unlabeled) 50 mg -- one each; (6) Methylphosphonic Acid, (13C, 99%: Methyl-D3, 98% 10 mg -- one each; (7) Methylphosphonic Acid, (unlabled) 50 mg -- one each; (8) Ricinine (Ring 13C5, 99%, Cyano-13C, 99%) -- one each; (9) Methylphosphonic Acid, Monoisopropyl Ester (unlabeled) 50 mg -- one each; (10) Methylphosphonic Acid, Monoisoproply Ester (Isopropyl-13C3, 99%) 10 mg -- one each; (11) N,N-Dimethylphosporamidic Acid, Monoethyl Ester (13C4, 99%) 10 mg -- one each; (12) N,N-Dimethylphosporamidic Acid, Monoethyl Ester (unlabeled) 50 mg -- one each; (13) Methylphosphonic Acid, monoethyl Ester (unlabeled) 50 mg. This is a all or none requirement. This is not a set-aside. Delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLITICTATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The following provision(s) apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (MAR 2000) applies to this acquisition; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (JAN 1999); the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision are as follows: (1) technical capability of the proposed system to meet the requirements stated herein, and (2) price. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions -- Commercial Items (MAY 1999) applies to this acquisition. The following FAR Clauses are hereby added to this clause: 52.247-35 F.O.B. Destination; The clause at 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following clauses listed in paragraph (b) of 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition: (1), (3), (5), (7), (9), (11), (12), (14), (15), (17), (18), (20) and (24).
