Description

Subject Solicitation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFP using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 Testing Program for Certain Commercial Items. Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA intends to establish a firm, fixed-price requirements contract for Custom Cardiovascular Pump Packs used in open-heart procedures. The Solicitation Number is DADA13-01-R-0001, the NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contract will be established for a base plus four option periods, beginning on or about 01 January 01 through 31 December 01. For the purpose of establishing an official record, requests for copies of the solicitation and drawings shall be submitted in writing or submitted electronically via email to kathleen.benjamin@nw.amedd.army.mil or facsimile at 253-968-4922. Copies of the solicitation will be available at the following URL: http://www.mamc.amedd.army.mil/wrco/wrcohome.htm on or about 13 November 00. The drawings will be available via facsimile or hard copy.
