Description

Applicable to F-15 Acft. Environmental Control System Test Set.Spares to be purchased. WR-ALC anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the production of the Environmental Control System Test Set (ECSTS). NSN: 4920-01-479-9054, p/n:MT99250100-1, Qty: 2 ea First Arictle, 66 ea Production units in the following quantity ranges: 1: 34-44, 2: 45-55, 3: 56-68. Option 1, Circuit Card Assemblies, 4 each, to be exercised after approval of the First Article and delivery Jul 2002. Option 2, ECSTS qty 1-8 each (4 FMS, 2 USAF)to be exercised after approval of the First Article. A reprocurement data package will be provided for this acquisition. WR-ALC intends to use Reverse Auctioning techniques for this acquisition. The solicitation will contain all necessary information to participate in the Reverse Auction. Function: The F-15 ECSTS is a portable semi-automatic test set that provides organizational level maintenance the capability to test high pressure or low pressure F-15 aircraft environmental control system Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). Material: Aluminum, CCA, Wire Cables, Pneumatic Cables. Dimension: 19.5"x23"x16". Please see notes: 22,26,B,F.
