Description

The Government has a requirement for a commercial 5,000 gallon DOT 406 petroleum transport semitrailer, with provisions for dispensing and bottom loading product. The vehicle shall be capable of operating on improved and unimproved roads. The vehicle shall be built in accordance with the purchase description as developed by the Engineering Branch (FFAE), Office of Vehicle Acquisition & Leasing Services, Automotive Division. The solicitation will result in a firm, fixed price contract with delivery required 180 days from receipt of order. The solicitation will issue on, or about November 1, 2000 and close November 22, 2000.
