Amendment, This is a "Quantity Discount Acquisition Pre-Qualification Required, STP-55-503 Lockheed Welding Specific Required. Forging Sources for P/N's 4G13116-991A is Ladish Co Inc and 4G13117-991A is Park Drop Forge Division of Park Ohio Ind Inc. "Notice Small Woman Owned, Small Minority, Small disadvantaged Business Firms; Due to nature of this C5 A/B M.L.G. item, there are very limited Sub Contracting Possibilities. Item 0001, 12 ea or 17 ea or 22 ea or 27 ea total possible quantities including 1st Article. Item 0002, Data and 1 each First Article 500 days ARO. Delivery if Award is made to (other than) a Pre-Qualified Source as determined by the responsible engineer. 1 Lot Data and 1 ea First Article 500 days ARO, then 90 days for Government Approval of 1st Article Data Test Report and 1st Article, then 2 ea Production Articles every 60 days starting 200 days After receipt of First Article Approval until complete possibly up to 920 days after receipt of 1st Article Approval. Delivery if award is made to a pre qualified source with proven capabilities of manufacturing this type of item for the U.S. Air Force or possibly a commercial aviation industry. 2 ea every 60 days starting 700 days ARO until complete, depending on the most economic quanitity chosen, 1480 days ARO.
