Description

GSA's nationally recognized Design Excellence Program has concluded Stage III of the design competition procurement process and SELECTED the firm of Moshe Sadfie and Associates 100 Properzi Way, Sommerville MA 02143-3740. Award will be made subject to the successful negotiations. The building will be approximately422,000 gross square feet with an estimated cost of $79 million for construction. The proposed site is located at lst Street and New York Avenue, NE., Washington DC.
