Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Dept. of Marine & Wildlife Resources-American Samoa for the National Marine Fisheries Service/SW Enforcement Division (NMFS). Purpose of contract is to secure services of Federaly Deputized officers of the Dept. of Marine & Wildlife Resources, Government of the Territory of American Samoa.
