Description

VA Puget Sound Health Care System is soliciting quotes for transcription services. Period of performance is for a base year commencing at time of contract award, plus 2 renewal years. The solicitation package will be available on or about 10/25/00. In order to be considered responsive to the Government's Request for Quotes (RFQ), each offeror must submit a price quote and respond to the qualification factors. Each vendor responding to the solicitation agrees to allow the VA panel to perform a site visit in early December as part of the evaluation process prior to award. This solicitation is offered on an unrestricted basis. NAIC Code 561492 applies. The small business size standard for this classification is $5 million in average annual receipts for the preceding 3 years.
