Description

Creative and technical assistance in the field of public relations, on a task order basis, is required to enable the Library of Congress to continue to improve public awareness of its goals and mission. The objectives of this contract are: 1) assess the impact of the bicentennial program on public awareness about the Library and analyze and evaluate the current public relations activities at the Library and state of public awareness about the Library; 2) develop a strategic plan that will recommend new initiatives and programs to increase public knowledge about the Library and promote it as a tourist attraction; 3) implement projects to meet the goals developed above, as budget permits and; 4) track and evaluate the results of the projects and deliver final report to the Library.
