Description

The procurement action originally published in the CBD on September 27, 2000 for laboratory analytical services for compliance monitoring for the Nuevo Laredo International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NLIWTP) in accordance with Minute No. 279, entitled Joint Measures to Improve the Quality of the Waters of the Rio Grande at Laredo, Texas/Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, dated August 28, 1989 has been amended to change Item No. 17 to revise the solicitation issuance date to 10/27/00 and closing response date to 10/31/00 and include the following statement: The laboratory or any subcontract laboratory shall be geographically located within the state of Texas, so that the samples collected can be submitted to the laboratory and processed by the laboratory within the specified sample holding times.
