Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has a requirement to procure hardware and software maintenance service to support the following government-owned Visual Numerics, Inc. software located at the Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This software is required to support NAVOCEANO Current Meter processing programs. REQUIREMENTS: This service contract shall cover a one year period beginning 01 Oct 00 and ending 30 Sep 01, shall provide all the software support needed to maintain the government-owned PV-WAVE software and shall include as a minimum: * Telephone, E-Mail and World Wide Web support for identifying, verifying, and reporting and resolving hardware and software problems and technical questions. * Software updates and maintenance releases. * Documentation updates, field notices, new manuals and customer application notes. * Provisions for transferring license from one platform to another with no additional charges or other costs.
