Description

The Health Care Financing Administration intends to procure on a sole source basis with Tivoli Systems, 9442 Capital of Texas Highway North, Suite 500, Austin, Texas 78759, a renewal of an enterprise license on "Tivoli Asset Management" and "Tivoli Service Desk" software now installed at the HCFA Data Center. This is proprietary software available from Tivoli Systems. If there are no affirmative written reponses received within fifteen (15) calendar days from the published date of this notice, a purchase order shall be awarded. See Numbered Note 22.
