Description

Jacket, Lightweight, Man's AF 1605, NSN 8405-01-298-6881(s) in accordance with specification MIL-J-87250 dated 4 Nov 98; Jacket, Lightweight, Woman's AF 1605, NSN 8410-01-299-9536(s) in accordance with MIL-J-87251 dated 4 Nov 88; and Jacket, General Officer, NSN 8415-01-109-3366 in accordance with PD YAGC 93-2 dated 29 Jan 93. This is a Best Value Source Selection Procurement. A technical proposal is required and will include submission of: Product Demonstration Models; Past Performance Information; Bill & Hold Plan; Manufacturing Plan; Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Plan; Quality Assurance Plan; and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement Plan. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type contract containing a one-year base ordering period plus four additional one-year term ordering options. The guaranteed ordering minimum quantities for each ordering period are as follows: Jacket Man's -- 38,934; Jacket Woman's -- 6,705; Jacket General Officer -- 0. The maximum ordering quantities for each ordering period are as follows: Jacket Man's -- 64,890; Jacket Woman's -- 11,175; Jacket General Officer -- 200. This acquisition will be set aside exclusively for Small Business participation. All material used in fabrication of these items is to be furnished by the contractor.
