Description

This acquisition for FSC 8105 -- Bags, Paper (Grocery, Self Opening) and Bag, Paper (Burn Bag) is unrestricted. The issue date is September 29, 2000 and is scheduled to close on October 31, 2000 at 4:40 P.M. This acquistion is for a term contract and the contract period is 12/1/00 thru 5/31/01. The Burn Bags being procured are covered under Commercial Item Description A-A-1669A. The Grocery Bags are as stipulated in the solicitation. These items are for delivery to various GSA Supply Distribution Centers and are for various NSN's. Companies who submit a bid must do so by the date and time specified in the solicitation -- no exceptions. Solicitation is amended to change the 30% Postconsumer Recovered Materials requirement to 20% Postconsumer Recovered Materials. The closing date is also extended to November 14, 2000. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
