Description

This a request for proposal for calibration gases prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This is for an annual contract to pick up, fill and return government owned gas cylinders in support of the Puget Sound naval Shipyard, Bremerton. Gases include helium/oxygen IAW PL 529-4665549(F) Para 3.2.2, actual mix percentages to be determined per delivery order, est qty is 60 EA of 32 CF cylinders; Helium/Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide mix IAW PL 529-4665549 (F) Para 3.3.1, actual mix percentage to be provided per delivery order, est qty 20 EA, of 80 CF Cylinders, services to repair, paint, and/or hydrostatic test IAW PL 529-4665549(F) Para 3.6, est 80 EA; certifications of hydrostatic tests, est 80 EA. Place of pickup and delivery is Puget Sound naval Shipyard, Bremerton Wa. This effort is for a base year plus 3 option years. This solicitation N00406-00-R-5029 is issued as a request for proposal. Given that this category falls with in the annual forecast as published in the Commerce Business Daily and in accordance with Far 5.203(h) the time frame for publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers has been reduced to 31 days. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. Solicitation package will be sent to vendors via e-mail.
