First Article Testing Required. First Article Contractor Testing IAW: Paragraph 4.6 of MIL-C-83729A except as modified by the requirements of DWG 410041. Acceptance (Production) Testing IAW Paragraphs 4.7.1 through 4.7.1.2.1 of MIL-C-83729A except as modified by the requirements of DWG 410041. SYNOPSIS GUIDANCE INFORMATION: Unit type: Electromechanical. Input voltage 6.3AC Volts Nominal. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only and does not apply for award. See Note(s): 26 This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/RFP on its issue date of 11/22/00. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. FEDERAL, MILITARY and COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY THIS CENTER. VARIOUS INCREMENTS SOLICITED: 10-24; 25-49; 50-74; 75-99; AND 100-249; FOR UNAPPROVED SOURCES: Quantity of 30 each to be delivered within 390 days after date of order to various destinations within the USA; balance to be delivered at a rate of 30 each every 30 days thereafter. FOR WAIVED SOURCES: Quantity of 30 each to be delivered within 120 days after date of order to various destinations within the USA; balance to be delivered at a rate of 30 each every 30 days thereafter. SET-ASIDE TYPE: Unrestricted. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. IQC is anticipated (1yr basic (365 days), 2 yr option(730 days).
