NSN 4820-00-908-7326 Valve, four way (non-interflow. Manufactured I/A/W drawing nr 19207 10943585 and 19207 1401. Product Verification Testing applies. Inspection and acceptance is at origin. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The Delivery Evaluation Factor and the Automated Best Value System apply. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Note 26.
