Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to place an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with the with Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston, CT on a sole source basis for the upgrade of three Auxiliary Cubicles and three Microprocessor Controllers that are components of Model 6L16 Electrolytic Oxygen Generators used on Navy SSN-688 and SSBN-726 Class submarines. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
