Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Ashland, Kentucky, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under Invitation for Bid 10202-5189, for installation of four (4) shower areas in two (2) different housing units located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, KY. Contractor will supply all tools, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project pursuant to the Statement of Work. The anticipated issue date for solicitations is November 15, 2000, with an anticipated receipt of bids to be no later than December 20, 2000. The anticipated period of performance is ninety (90) days, after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this requirement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
