Reference Synopsis published 05/27/1998 entitled "OMB CIRCULAR A-76 Performance of Commercial Activities for the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Solicitation DAAD05-98-R-0567. This notice formally announces the final decision to continue to perform the activity in-house and implement the Government Most Efficient Organization (MEO) as no technically acceptable offer, other than the MEO, was received as a result of the solicitation.
