Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, Florida is currently conducting a Commercial Activities (CA) Study in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 for Administrative Support Services. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7338, size standard $5 million; North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 56141. Market research has been performed and the Government anticipates soliciting this requirement as a small business set-aside. A Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been posted on the NAWCTSD web site (http://www.ntsc.navy.mil/EBusiness/BusOps/BusOps.htm, click on "Open Acquisitions" link) to encourage all potential offerors to submit questions/comments on all aspects of the Draft. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE THIS DRAFT WILL BE PUBLISHED. NO HARD COPIES OF THE PWS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. Please note that the PWS has not been drafted in its entirety. Technical Exhibits (containing workload data associated with the PWS) are still under development and will be released as soon as it is available. Be advised that this Draft is NOT a solicitation and the Government is NOT requesting proposals -- only comments, suggestions and questions. No solicitation document exists at this time. All questions/comments on this Draft PWS will be carefully reviewed and approved changes will be subsequently reflected in the final solicitation.
