Description

Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a non-competitive personal services contract to the Pueblo of Sandia, Sandia Indian Reservation, New Mexico. Contract shall be for delivery of Ambulatory Care Services to the beneficiaries of the Pueblo of Sandia and all eligible Native Americans who seek medical services from the Pueblo of Sandia Health Clinic, located on the Sandia Indian Reservation, Sandoval County, New Mexico. Services shall be provided under the jurisdictional requirements of the Albuquerque Service Unit, commencing on October 1, 2000 for a base year and four one year options.
