Description
To furnish all equipment, materials, labor and expert supervision to modify 4B patient wards to office areas located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, LA. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds and a 120 day bid acceptance period is mandatory. Pre-bid conference and walk through will be held on 6NOV00 at 10:00 a.m. Bid opening will be held 13NOV00 at 2:00 p.m. This will take place at the DVA Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, Building 2, Room 405, New Orleans, LA 70112. All requests for bid documents must be in writing and accompanied by a $100.00 refundable bid deposit. Acceptable forms of deposits are certified checks, cashier's check or money order only. Issue date or drawings and specifications is o/a 30OCT00 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. The construction range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Standard Industrial CLassification Code is 1751 Carpentry Work -- $7.0 Million.
