THERE IS NO WRITTEN SOLICITATION BEING ISSUED. QUOTES ARE DUE TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST NLT NOV 17, 2000. Quotes will be accepted by mail, fax (717) 770-5689/7591 or e-mail to cfebus@ddc/dla/mil. Which should include price (by bundle) and the delivery time. The Defense Distribution Center has two (2) requirements to purchase Fiberboard Boxes for Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin. Pricing will be FOB -- Destination with the ship to address of: Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Supply Branch, Warehouse 3 Tracy Site (SB3200), Tracy, CA 95376-5000. (1) Fiberboard Box, RSC, 20" x 15 1/2" x 9 1/2" ID, double face, domestic, Type CF, SW, 275 PSI bursting strength, 25 to a bundle. QTY -- 830 Bundles. (2) RSC, box, 27" x 17" x 14" ID, Qty -- 475 bundles. Both items are the same specifications in accordance with ASTM D5118 and ASTM D1974 and changes, and confirm to MIL-STD 129 making for shipment. The quote should state the following: (1) company name and point of contact; (2) telephone and fascimile number; (3) business size; (4) cage code, DUNs number and Federal Tax ID number; and (5) are you CCR registered. The Standard Industrial Classification is 2653 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE.
